Frieh, Brault & Associés is a firm of thirteen lawyers active in the fields of M&A, private equity, capital investment (fund raising), employment law, intellectual property law, and commercial litigation.
The firm’s lawyers are recognized among the best specialists in their respective field, having worked in leading organizations and having been involved in technical cases and major transactions, both in France and abroad.
The firm has chosen to focus on the practice areas in which they have a proven expertise in the market. For other practice areas, such as tax, finance, compliance or competition law, the firm works closely with a network of French and foreign contact firms with whom the firm has built up long-standing working relationship on a variety of cases. These contact firms are selected based on the requirement of cases, client profile, opposing parties, and the specific constraints of each case.
