Frieh, Brault & Associés is a firm of thirteen lawyers active in the fields of M&A, private equity, capital investment (fund raising), employment law, intellectual property law, and commercial litigation.

The firm has chosen to focus on the practice areas in which they have a proven expertise in the market. For other practice areas, such as tax, finance, compliance or competition law, the firm works closely with a network of French and foreign contact firms with whom the firm has built up long-standing working relationship on a variety of cases.
