What clients and the trade press say:

Karine is efficient, impressive and subtle” (Managing Partner of an investment fund)

It is fairly unusual to come across people (especially in your trade) who have both a perfect command of the technical side of their trade and a high level of interpersonal skills. I would even go so far as to say that they have the intelligence of human relations” (Corporate General Counsel of a CAC 40 company)

A constant availability and a great responsiveness; precise and very accurate drafting; the ability to distinguish between the important points to be negotiated and what is incidental, with a sometimes sharp sense of humor that puts the pressure of a deal into perspective” (Managing Partner Investment Fund).

I have had the opportunity to work with a great many advisors in my career. Karine’s quality and promptness make her one of the best I have come across on the market. Her keen understanding of her clients enables her to provide genuine solutions that go beyond legal advice. A must have.” (Founder).
