Morgane Ferron

Morgane assists and advises company heads, investment funds and listed and unlisted companies in their M&A and private equity transactions, in particular for external growth, divestments and the structuring of management packages. She also assists them with their internal restructurings, day-to-day and capital transactions, the setting-up of partnership agreements and strategic partnerships and, more generally, with all aspects of corporate law and governance.

Thanks to her in-depth understanding of the specific issues at stake in each case, and her ability to listen carefully to her clients’ needs, Morgane is able to offer a practical approach tailored to each situation.
