Emmanuel Scialom

Emmanuel Scialom is a partner in the Corporate/M&A department of Frieh, Brault & Associés. He specializes in private equity and M&A transactions. He has more than 25 years’ experience in advising investment funds on LBO transactions, mainly gained at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in Paris where he was a partner until the end of 2011 and Dentons in Paris where he was a partner until mid-2018, before joining Frieh, Brault & Associés.

He is a member of the Paris Bar and holds a HEC (Paris) degree (major finance).

He has worked on all aspects of major private equity transactions in recent years, in particular on behalf of sellers, buyers or advising managers on the structuring of management packages, and on many M&A transactions.
