Sandrine Haddad

Sandrine Haddad is a member of the law firm Frieh, Brault & Associés, where she has set up the Intellectual Property, New Technologies, Personal Data and Commercial Litigation department.

The world of lawyers? She joined it in 2010 after two years in the legal department of a major French magazine group, fully immersed in the world of law and media.

The following ten years helped her to strengthen her expertise in both advisory and litigation work with well-known technicians; in particular, she developed expertise in the press, publishing, photography, architecture and entertainment fields (audiovisual production, live entertainment).

In June 2020, she set up her own firm, adding to her services by providing hands-on support to companies of all sizes in the new technology field: fintech, digital services companies, software publishers, etc.

Always striving to find solutions, her customers praise her ‘educational approach’, her ‘total commitment’ and ‘responsiveness’ in managing the most complex problems.

Sandrine Haddad offers local support at every stage of a project’s creation right through to operation, and secures investment through dedicated legal and contractual audits.

Since 2016, she has also been working as a pre-diagnostician with INPI, to promote access for all business owners to protection for their creations.
