Mathilde is an associate in the corporate department of the firm.
She assists investment funds and companies with their private equity transactions, particularly in venture capital (fundraising), growth capital, and LBOs. She also advises on the structuring and negotiation of management packages and shareholder agreements, as well as on all corporate law and corporate governance matters.
